International Shipping
- Standard International: Processing time is 5-7 business days, with delivery taking 10-21 business days depending on destination country via USPS International or UPS Worldwide.
- Express International: Available for an additional fee, with processing within 1-2 business days and delivery in 5-10 business days via USPS Express International or UPS Worldwide Express.
- Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. INTAJ is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Rates are displayed during the checkout process.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $50 within the continental United States.
Shipping Restrictions
- Due to the delicate nature of our products, we cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
- Some international locations may have restrictions on importing cremation urns. It is the customer's responsibility to verify import regulations in their country.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
- Personalized or custom orders may require additional processing time, typically 7-10 business days.
